So you've made the jump to CTE. Whether you are straight from a teacher preparatory program or like me entered as a second career; you have questions...probably a lot of them. I'll share what has worked for me and some of the fantastic info gained from attendance at a half-dozen conferences as well as the best advice I've received in my first three years of Industrial Tech teaching. Don't worry though, the info shared will be of benefit regardless of the area of CTE you now call home.
