I'm Peter Hostrawser, an educator, speaker, and co-host of the Disrupt Education Podcast. With over 23 years in education, I've built and expanded business and internship programs across six high school districts, growing them on an average of 30% year-over-year. Currently, I serve as a Career Internship Educator and Program Coordinator at Naperville CUSD 203, where I connect students with professional learning experiences.

Passionate about rethinking traditional education, I focus on integrating work-based learning, durable skills, and digital portfolios to prepare students for the future.  My tagline? My value is helping others find and show their value.
